In all seriousness, this format is one that I've used countless times to generate ideas, refine them into polished copy, create compelling calls to action and just to stay organized and efficient with my time.

Now maybe not all content can be created in 30 minutes or less, but a heck of a lot of it can - and if you use this as a starting point, I'm sure you'll be creating content more efficiently and better organized asap.
